Disliked: Communication
No hot water during entire stay. The concern was not taken seriously and I was asked to attempt repair myself. The outlet in the wall cubby where the water heater is located was burnt. I was directed by the host to locate the breaker box and turn off the breaker for the water heater (unmarked).
