Azafrán has a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with an additional lower mattress. With two living spaces, a large kitchen, a dining space, and amenities included, you will feel right at home!

Jengibre is the second unit included in this listing. Jengibre is located directly above Azafrán, on the SECOND LEVEL, and accesible through stairs in the front of the property. Jengibre has THREE BEDROOMS, THREE BATHROOMS, and a couch in the living space that unfolds into a bed as well, making it perfect for up to nine guests to enjoy! Jengibre has a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a single bed on the upper area and a full bed underneath. Jengibre also has a large kitchen, a comfy living area, a dining space, and comforting amenities for all guests to enjoy.

Getting Around

The property is within waking distance of the famous LA PLACITA DE SANTURCE, as well as restaurants, bars, and stores, and even has a WALGREENS and a WALMART SUPER CENTER just a few blocks away!

Upscale and Well Appointed!

We came for a short term rental to race the half Ironman here in San Juan, and this was a beautiful and roomy place for us. we were a mix of young and older adults and the location was perfect for all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk away from restaurants, nightlife and also groceries. The kitchens are so well appointed and actually have everything you need for cooking! Loved it!

Santurce Sweet Spot

What a gem. This house was perfect for our group. It is conveniently located in Santurce in San Juan. It is a short walk to the beach and a short car ride to Old San Juan. We loved the local restaurants, including a cute coffee shop with delicious empanadas, San Juan Smokehouse which had some of the best ribs I've ever tasted, Lo de Luiggi was an Argentinian restaurant, and walking distance to a grocery store. The house itself was perfect. It has a good sized open area with a clean kitchen with everything you needed. The rooms were spacious and each had their own AC with a remote. The bathrooms were immaculate and well decorated. We had a few families staying together and we never felt crowded. We also could not hear the group upstairs when we were down stairs. Although parking can be difficult in San Juan, we never had an issue finding a spot. Also, one of the neighbors was super helpful ensuring that the spots we parked were legal and also considerate of the neighbors. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great home base in San Juan.

Michelle's 60th Birthday Celebration

Our stay was amazing!! Everything about this place was 5 star! Our host made sure that each room had snacks, wine, and refreshments upon arrival. She was in communication and available at all times. Our location was in walking dstances to the clubs, restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home was was a vibe in tself, lots of room, space, and comfortability. Cannot forget the beauty and cleanliness of the home! **he day of our departure, our flight was delayed and Claudia afforded us the ability to hang out hours after check out (no charge, of course) to wait for our flight!! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! God bless Claudia , and thanks again for everything!
