Convenience to the Pier without the traffic was perfect. Loved the fire pits outside. Rooms are a bit outdated, not the most comfortable beds, and bathroom is small. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff is horrible. My daughter was trapped in her car for about 30 min, I watched 2 cars get in an accident right behind her. I tried to get help for her from the hotel, but they did not care. This hotel is very poorly managed and we will never stay here again. BEWARE: THIS LOCATION NEEDS SECURITY - 11/2025

Close to Wharf and stores, breakfast is excellent. hotel is quiet. Hotel pillow not that fluffy, my home pillow is better, but that's ok., clean, smells clean. ---Better check your Van, SUV/truck height says 6 ". My Honda pilot is 5'8" I have to measure it, or I have to park it somewhere, it will hit the metal bar at parking entrance, I noticed the bar has been scratched several times..

Everything was PERFECT!! Staff is so friendly. We were extremely pleased and overjoyed when we were able to check in early. We did not expect to get in so early. Room was amazing. Breakfast buffet... one of the best breakfast buffers i have ever been to. Will definitely, without hesitation book with them again

The property itself is fine and at a good location but for the price you don’t get a lot. The room was noisy, heard every step of the people in the room above and lots of street noise too. The parking benefit is per stay so for 2 nights it’s was too expensive. The breakfast was expansive but they refused to seat people in the overflow section and instead had many groups waiting to be seated. Ended up sitting in the breakfast lobby with people hovering. The food while plentiful is not hot and there was lots of cross contamination making it hard for allergy people. All in all…. Could have been great…..it was just ok
