Fantastic location. Hotel is a bit dated for the price but everything is clean. The rooms look great, awesome TV if that’s your thing. Bed was okay, bit sinking, pillows too soft for me. Honestly I don’t sleep great there. The heater/air conditioner was really loud and turning it off was problematic. Tried calling for help but to no end. Wasn’t allowed to use the pool, apparently I didn’t pay enough?! All the staff were great but I couldn’t call the hotel, no one answered from the desk, had to call other numbers to get put through only to be hung up on. They were good with check out but I still haven’t got my money back from my deposit and it’s been 4 days. I’d stay here again but I’d be asking for a room with a quite heater/air con and a better bed. Didn’t sleep well Here.

This is in a very good location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Very comfortable beds and modern bathroom. An abundance of staff to help. Rooms fairly spacious for a family.

The location for this property is amazing, the pool was great, the property could do with a spa or sauna as well. The sound transfer from the room above is terrible and sounds like the people will fall through to your room when they walk around. The buffet breakfast was ok and my teenage children (13 and 15) were charged adult rates, which i thought was excessive. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.
