The hotel is clean, and in a safe and convenient location, about a 10 minute walk to Ghirardelli Square, and right across the street from a Big Bus stop if you do that tour. There is free parking, which is a huge bonus. The rooms were more spacious than expected. If you go to the top of the stairs near the roof, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge.

They were attentive, kind, and generous. They even saved us a parking spot—something they don’t normally do—because they knew we were arriving late. We will definitely be coming back! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Palace of Fine Arts.
