Urban fee for $35. Valet for $72. $10 tax on valet parking. Another bunch of San Francisco taxes. Hotel Personnel was great. Room was small but well appointed. Lobby Bar was subpar. Mandatory tips only encourage subpar service at the bar. Even Starlight wasn’t great with cocktails. Union Square is mostly empty of retail.

The rooms are tiny, practically zero closet space, and the bathrooms were extremely small. The parking was insanely expensive at $82 per night!!! other than that it’s a cute and charming Hotel one minute away from union Square or there’s a lot of shopping and dining options. We also went up to starlight their bar and Lounge, it was beautiful with amazing views of the city.

The room was nice. Didn’t love the lack of access to the roof top bar, also their valet parking situation is very stressful. You have to drive up to the side of the hotel where the trolleys are rather than the quieter side of the building which would much safer and convenient for the guests

Gorgeous Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room although small was very clean and cute. Trolly stop right at the corner that takes you to Ghirardelli Square. I recommend a room on higher floor for a city view.
