Great location for exploring the Union Square area on foot. Convenient to Uber to other locations. Construction happening near the building with scaffolding around. Valet service was quick.

We stayed there because of the proximity to AT&T park. Was a very enjoyable walk to and from the park. Hotel staff, room, amenities, and accommodations were great.

The bellmen didn’t point me in the direction of the elevator which is kind of hidden when you arrive so I lugged my luggage up the stairs. Also didn’t even realize I was supposed to receive a beverage. It wasn’t provided or mentioned. Otherwise staff were polite, rooms are small but have everything you need.

Enjoyed the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was a nice size. Restaurant was easily accessible. Good location overall. Parking fees were high but that just comes with the city.

This hotel is FULL of old charm and wealth. My stay was perfect, the hotel graciously comped all my drinks and was available to provide anything I needed. My Junior suite was beautiful with a perfect view. I cannot wait to return to the Beacon Grand.

Staff were nice. Lobby bathrooms were dirty. Room was very small. Bathroom door didn't close fully. I would not stay again as it was not good value for money. Having starbucks next door was a bonus.
