This facility charges outrageous to extortionate fees for paltry to basic to no services (e.g., $50+ early check-in fees --while your room is actually ready.) You've read correctly: your room is ready; and if you want to enter it --you are asked to pay. So you are paying for a non-existing service, or nothing: the definition of extortionate. Rarely has such a dereliction of duty-of-care, or a "customer-first" sensibility been the basis of doing business, outside of illicit activity. It's easy to do better.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! From the front entrance with the valet parking, the doorman, from the cleaning staff to the bar attendants, front desk upon check in…. Exceptional across the board.
