Convenient location but literally charged nearly $50 for guests to parking overnight…not long term airport parking. We were just staying for NYE. Then, we had to ask about five times for our child’s pack and play or crib to be delivered to the room. We called in advance, but it was not in the room when we arrived, before we left for the night we asked again a couple of times over phone. They said they would deliver, it did not arrive for another hour. When we got back to the room, it was finally there, but the hassle and uncertainty of whether or not they had it was just unfortunate. They also do not have a full breakfast at the bar area. They do have an entire bar but no breakfast? Our kids were really hungry, so we had to go to the West End across the way for a Starbucks. All in all I would stay if it was a short term airport deal but to stay a night on New Year’s Eve and not receive parking benefits and the flakiness about the crib and not providing breakfast or any other amenities, just mediocre.
