I got a non smoking room and it was filled with smoke and a strong cigarette smell. The staff was rude. The room was also dirty. There were stains and literal holes from bite marks in my sheets
Bite marks in the sheets.
Dirty sheets. The floors were also dirty but I didn’t get pics. Cigarette smell was giving us headaches and nausea!
We arrived late to check in. There was a sign to use the phone next to the door to call the office. When we opened the box, there was no phone, just a sign with a # to call. Called and it didn’t work!
I we called the corporate # and it forwarded us to the front desk, no answer.

Great location and the rooms were okay, but I request a non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes!! I went to the store to buy air fresheners and candles and it still smelled.
