Convenient and comfortable. Quiet and everything at hand. Thought it was a bit over priced for mid week off season.

"Next to the beach but on a noisy highway."
Comfortable older style rooms with a modern bathroom. The downfall was it being a bit noisy in the morning due to traffic on the highway and our bedding (pillows) had a cigarette smell to it. It must be a bit of a party Motel as all I read were 'No Partying' & 'No Smoking' signs on the walls & mirror, perhaps a bit over the top. Parking was easy & free, situated across the road from a service station also. 7/10

"Great place to stay, Mornington Pennisula Holiday"
After some booking notification errors, which the manager of the motel rectified straight away, we had a very enjoyable time at the Rye Beach Motel. We had a three night stay while exploring the Mornington Pennisula. We stayed in a double room, close to the road, which was a bit noisy but expected. The room fittings are a bit old but the room was nice and clean and had lots of room for storage. The owner gave us passes to the Pennisula hot Springs due to our initial mixup. Our experience at the Hot Springs was one of the highlights of our two week roadtrip. The motel is in a great location, we were able to take long bike rides up and down the coast on the bay trail.

"Close to beach, cafes, springs and everything"
Stayed at the Nelson so we could go to the Peninsula Springs during the evening. Accommodation was comfortable, clean, modern and close to cafes, restaurants, opposite the beach and convenient to the Springs. They have a pool and spa. Only issue were kids in the pool early in the morning (and their loud mother). If you can ignore that, it's a great place to stay. I will definitely go there again.

The Mediterranean laidback vibe will quickly lull away the bustle of the city. Fronting onto Port Phillip, swimming here is safe off the shores of the never-ending stretch of coastline. For awesome views back towards the beach, including the bushy peak of Arthurs Seat looming in the distance behind, stroll down the 300-metre-long Rosebud Pier sticking out into the bay. Straddled by the sandy shores and Point Nepean Road, which continues all the way to Sorrento, the foreshore is full of parklands and community facilities.

Major shopping centres here, as well as heaps of local cafes and trendy wine bars, make sure that all your creature comforts are catered to with quite the cosmopolitan buzz. If you’d rather buy your glass of wine at the source – or a whole bottle – set off for the nearby wineries of Dromana.
