The room was good. It was nice being close to the train stations and walking distance to most of Roma's hot spots. It was a little noisy, but that was to be expected in the city. Photos of breakfast area's are not true, as these were not on offer.

This was such a cool spot, and the women working the reception desk were so nice! This property also offered a private ride from the airport to the hotel (for a fee of course), but that was such a convenient option after 14 hours of travel. Our view from the room was pretty miserable, but we were only really in the room to sleep so it didn't matter much. Rainfall shower was lovely.

The property was very spacious, including the bathroom. Close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere. Excellent restaurant a few steps away. Many eating areas and cafes close by. We would definitely stay again.

Romina who was in the reception to accept was very good last Saturday as she was very helpful and friendly. She helped us by showing us the Map where to go. When we came back , it was 8:10 PM and I went to the reception and a woman was very rude as I was just asking for water and with a loud voice , said , I am done for the day and closed the door . Today Monday , Sept. 8 at 0830 hrs. We asked for Coffee as it is complimentary . She told the husband of Hermie to pay first Government Tax . I went out and told her why do you need to ask for the payment as we are not leaving yet. I told her please don't be rude as you were rude to me last Saturday. She was so defensive and told me that she will call the Police. I left her as she doesn't want to stop and Hermie still with her and paid the 40.00 Euro and asked for her name , but she said its against the Law to give my name . Isn't it they have to wear a name tag and as a customer service personnel she should know how to be polite or deal with the Customer. The Hotel property has a lot to improve. First , the door is hard to close , open as it is already broken. The sink is not draining properly, the toilet bowl doesn't flush well as you have to flush it 3-4 X before it will come down. The shower handle is too high and hard to reached. Hopefull all this matters will be dealt with properly. The money we paid is not worth the price.
