Friendly staff. Room is a little small. Convenient location, close to train station, shopping and food. No AC in this season. Had to open window to cool the room. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff was friendly and the room exactly as the photos show. I was in a single room and it certainly had plenty of room and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast has a very good variety and staff brought hot beverages very quickly. There is a grocery store and department store right across the street from the hotel which was wonderful. Lovely restaurants near by as well.

My stay was great. Loved the balcony view of the beautiful cathedral. The breakfast had very good choices and the cappuccino was the best! I have already recommended this hotel to friends and will continue to stay here on my annual visits to Rome.

The hotel was good and staff was pleasant. There was a leak in my bathroom wall and I was moved to another room with another shower head leak. The hotel manager never reach out to apologize or make any special recommendations to us. I was very disappointed and fell very sad with the situation.

Our second stay here. Lovely hotel near Termini and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants, and some shopping. The Cathedral of Mary Major is across the street and breathtakingly beautiful.

I stayed in the Virgilio Suite and it had a private deck with a wonderful view! It’s a definite 5 ⭐️ hotel and has a very nice restaurant and lounge area on the roof. My only gripe was to get to the suite you had to walk a flight of curved steps to the room after getting off the elevator on the top floor.

Travelling to Rome we always stay in this hotel. Close to Termini stations, close to Colloseum and other sights, from the roof restaurant a fantastic view over the square and the cathedral.

The hotel had the old Italian charm. Yes it is older, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff in the rooftop bar and restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. The concierge not so much. Our windows opened to a courtyard - very needed to improve circulation of air. Would stay there again!

I chose this hotel due to its 4 stars & location. Although I knew it was old style nothing prepared us for it's outdated rooms, overall faded grandeur and the misplaced grandioisity of the staff. Breakfast was okay but dinner did not impress and was quite bland. In summary the rooms are outdated and the carpets, furniture and all fittings have seen better days. The bathroom fittings are evidently old and our shower was caked in black mould and took a long time to drain...it was quite disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel. Just to note the rooftop bar and restaurant can only be accessed by four sets of stairs which is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location city center, close to Termini Station. Our Double Deluxe Room with a view was clean, pretty, and we had a wonderful view of Santa Maria Maggiore and Rome. Hotel staff were pleasant and accomodating, actually gave us our room at 10 a.m.! Roof top bar is beautiful and the included breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of food. Great place to stay !
