I liked the property. Location was good for restaurants and bars but it’s a fair walk to tourist attractions - outside of the colosseum and forum. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay.

I had a good stay at this hotel. It’s an average 3–4 star property, but the location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a coffee machine available. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a comfortable place in a great area.

It was a terrible experience, room and bathroom stinks , bathrooms with mould, after complaints they changed our room which was not much of improvement. Absolutely not recommending for anyone to go to this hotel. I am not sure why this hotel rated so high and disappointed that Expedia’s rating.

As a first time solo female traveler, I felt very safe and the staff was very nice and helpful. My TV and coffee maker didn’t work, but I didn’t mind that too much. Overall, a very nice stay and easily walkable to some great spots!

A great location and helpful staff. Downside for us was the room cleanliness or rather the lack of. The floors were very dirty, the shower had significant mould, the kettle didn’t work even if there had been tea supplies provided. Disappointing given the price we paid.

This is a basic hotel, but we received a warm and friendly welcome— the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The building has a unique, quirky charm and is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet at night Our room was cleaned daily. That said, the rooms could use a bit of TLC, as the furnishings and decor felt quite dated and worn.

Nice property very well located, very close to the center of Rome and termini station. The room was very nice. The only problems were the fact the hot water didn't work properly, especially during the night, and that they didn't had slipers or robes in the room. Also, the light in the room was a little weird, it blinked during the night, it felt like an electrical problem. Otherwise the accommodation was very nice and they let us keep our luggage in the hotel on the check-out day for free. 😊

The hotel is well-located and walkable to most of the main Rome attractions, but this is probably the only positive. The room was dirty, and poorly replenished each day. The room was also unbearably hot, and we had not been told until the last day that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. This is absurd in itself, but even when we then asked for it to be turned on it barely worked. The shutters didn’t close correctly on the skylight so light poured in. The room was tiny, and didn’t reflect the photos at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all, and for the same price there are plenty of better options in a similar location.
