room is too small,no amenities (I cant think of their amenities) .The first staff who assist us with our check is very friendly and give us a warm welcome.The rest of our stay- the staff is a bit not accomodating.

didn’t have time to try to the breakfast but they will bring it to your room. the room was bigger and better than I had expected, the only complaint is that the bathtub is shaped in a weird way where it’s dented and extremely slippery and very dangerous. We also had a hiccup of getting our code and room key because they sent the info via whatsapp instead of email, but they still were able to handle the issue quickly and resolved it for us. We would recommend as a very affordable option plus it’s near a lot of stores and walkable from Termini station.

The wall was thin like a paper so requested to change the room next day which very small but quiet. The quality of those soap was lowest quality. You can’t make bubble. Have to ask every thing such as wine opener, facial tissue not mention that tea cup never replaced

It was a great stay. Staff was helpful, hotel is close to shops and eats as well as public transport. If there is one thing I can complain about, it would be the poor sound insulation but hey if you're tired like us, you'd be able to sleep through it.

I was blown away by this hotel. It is half way between Termini and the main historic sites of the Colosseum and the Forum. It is a moderately busy location and because of that you never feel unsafe walking along Via Cavour. When you first arrive you ring the front door and are buzzed in. I was met at the top of the first flight of stairs by a member of staff who couldn't have been lovelier. The formalities were done, some tourism recommendations were given, and I was shown to my room. It was a compact but modern room with a bathroom that included a jacuzzi bath. All manner of toiletries were provided including a welcome pack containing toothbrush, toothpaste, ear buds, a nail file, soap etc etc. In my room was a complimentary bottle of wine. I hadn't expected that, and it really made me feel welcome. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door. When I opened it, the friendly member of staff from earlier had a glass of prosecco and some nibbles for me. I have never had such a wonderful first few minutes in a hotel. There is nothing about this stay that I can find fault with. It was great from start to finish. Everything from the external door to the interior door and your room door are accessed via a key card. If you want to leave your bags for your final day, they give you a code to let yourself in as the hotel is unstaffed after 3pm. The price was excellent, and while the fact that it was November may have been a factor, this is a place I would stay in again

Really enjoyed our stay here. I can’t remember the girl that checked us in, she had glasses and was young, she made our stay. She knew who we were before checking in. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and the accommodated us for an early check in. Room felt very clean and location was very central. I wish I booked this hotel on my way out of Rome as well. There was a really yummy bakery recommended to us by the front desk girl right on the same street we went to twice.

A superb small hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. A great continental stule breakfast served to your room. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. Ony a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum everything was very close. Great restaurants nearby. Could not fault anything and would definitely recommend

There were restaurants and gelato shops nearby. My husband bought a nice leather belt in a nearby store. It was a little tricky getting into the building. Lucky someone was coming out and that's how we got in. Then again tricky to find the reception area. Once we settled in the staff was super nice by giving us wine and snacks and when it was time for us leave for the cruise port they called a cab for us.

The location was hard to beat, walking distance to all the main sights of Rome. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was ample and delivered to your room. Downsides were the bed, like most of Europe it was 2 singles pushed together. The addition of a mattress topper would have made the world of difference so you don’t fall into the crack between the beds. The rooms could do with some renovations, peeling paint and rusting fixtures in the bathroom. But overall a very pleasant stay
