Great location for getting to all the attractions. Excellent staff and good rooms . Bed very comfy. Roof top restaurant is great for breakfast as you can eat outside. Space inside is a bit tight. The only criticism would be the cost of the drinks at the bar ( 18euro for a g and t ) puts you offf staying for more

Walkable to major sites. Decor is moody and dark- needs better lighting in rooms. Seems like core staff numbers are low. Cleaning staff skipped room cleaning despite my ask.

We had a fantastic experience at The Glam Hotel! The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to major attractions, but tucked away enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds. It felt like the best of both worlds. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary rooftop breakfast. The spread was extensive, and the views each morning made it such a lovely start to the day. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to offer great restaurant suggestions and even a local laundry service. We really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Nice Hotel

Nice Hotel, comfortable rooms and clean. Hotel is not well marked, so make sure to put into google maps. The windows aren’t very sound proof so you do hear a lot of the outside noise when trying to sleep. Nice views, rooftop was comfortable and a nice place to unwind after a day of walking. Street is extremely busy, both pedestrian and traffic with a lot of homeless tents set up, specifically at night around the property and across the street, not a knock on the hotel, but something to be aware of when travelling with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Glam in Rome! The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent — room service was prompt and always attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection and fresh options every morning. The hotel’s location was also perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

Great area in Rome, there’s several capital buildings close by so we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Loved the staff and the buffet breakfast was great! Will be staying here again for sure when we are back in Rome

The Glam property and rooms were clean. The restaurant had a morning breakfast buffet which had a variety of foods. Taxis and Ubers were readily available at all times of the day.

Not worth the money ☹️

I’m writing this because I am just a little disappointed about my hotel choice. I wanted to have a really nice room for my family. I guess nearly $500 a night isn’t enough money spent in Rome to stay at a really nice hotel. It’s a lot of money for us! Location is great (close to the colosseum) but be aware that the hotel is in the restricted driving zone (ZTL). During the day you can NOT approach the hotel with your vehicle! The front desk lady told us that we can approach the hotel for unloading our luggage via a side street. BUT you have to drive THROUGH the ZTL to get there…that’s what happened to us. No warning signs etc, just one tiny sign at the beginning of the street. Can’t wait to receive the ticket for our mistake via mail! We’ve found a parking garage outside of the ZTL. 40 euros for one night parking and a 20 minute walk away. The room was small and the noise from the street was horrible. Especially at night when the garbage truck is in full action! There’s no bathroom vent. I don’t have to explain why this is a problem with a family of four. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell overall. Overall clean but not in 4⭐️condition. See photos. The minibar was well stocked and the beds comfy and clean. Staff was friendly.Free welcome drink at the rooftop bar was nice. Overall experience for $460 not really worth the price. Next time in Rome, our hotel will be outside of the ZTL, it’s cheaper and much more convenient (when you travel by car) than this hotel.
