The staff working in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. I didn't really find other members of staff that friendly, especially the reception staff. I was staying on the fifth floor and there was a lot of noise like glass bottles being loaded into a skip, this happened each morning between 4am -5am. On check out i mentioned it and was told it may of came from another room? Odd, the noise was definitely coming from outside my room. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Plenty others to chose from. Wasn't overly impressed.

The staff are friendly and helpful, my room was a good size, comfortable and clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to most attractions and the train station. I have stayed at Hotel Artemide several times, and these are the reasons I keep going back.
