Its a bait and switch they provide pictures of spacious suites but upon arrival they claim they put you in executive suites Mat & Max which is small. Even promised me my executive room on my last day free of charge since i was supposed to get it instead morning of its under construction! Disappointed! Besides that no other complaints.

The room was very clean, and the location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only drawback is the five flights of stairs you have to climb, though that’s fairly common in Italy. We also found it unusual that guests are required to leave every day at 1 PM. Had this stay been scheduled earlier in our trip, we probably would have wanted a day to relax in the room instead of being committed to leaving at a set time for cleaning. In our case, it didn’t impact us since we checked out very early in the morning on the last day of our trip, but we still thought the policy was odd and likely would have found it inconvenient at another point during our vacation.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was exceptionally clean and felt newly updated. The staff delivered outstanding service, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Breakfast in bed was excellent and added a special touch. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hospitality made this stay outstanding.

Our stay at Suite Sistina for Brave Lovers was nothing short of amazing! We initially stayed in the Sparkling Room, which was gorgeous – the shower is a true centerpiece, and the bathtub is just as stunning. Unfortunately, the toilet broke and needed major repairs, so we were moved to the Infinity Room, which we loved even more. Both rooms had fantastic features: in-room speakers, a mini bar stocked with many complimentary items and plenty of for-pay alcohol options, and a jacuzzi that fit two people comfortably. The Infinity Room also had super convenient shutter up/down switches above the bed. The air conditioning in the Infinity Room struggled a bit during the hot 30–35°C days, but we messaged the staff via WhatsApp (so convenient!) and they fixed it promptly while we were out. This level of customer service really impressed us – it made our experience effortless and enjoyable. Honestly, the name might sound intimidating, but this hotel is fantastic whether you’re traveling with a partner, solo, or even a friend. We’ve already recommended it to many friends, including one going on their honeymoon soon! We cannot wait to return to Rome and will absolutely be booking here again. I genuinely wish they had locations in every city we travel to – it was that wonderful. We will treasure the memories from this stay forever.

It was such a great experience to be able to stay at such a romantic, sexual place. We were able to enjoy every moment and every detail of the hotel. The room was breathtaking, the jacuzzi was fun and the pole was an amazing touch! The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance from the train, close to scooters, a massive amounts of dinings near by and many historical buildings. Can’t wait to stay again!

Close to the Spanish Steps and walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to the vatican in ~30 minutes. Staff was easy to talk to through WhatsApp. There was poor network in our room which made things difficult. The shower often leaked onto the floor.
