Absolutely outstanding property! Read Till the End. Restaurant/Chef 5 stars - food is amazing!! Restaurant staff beyond professional 5 stars! Registration Desk 5 stars House keep 5 stars Luxury property style 5 stars The only thing keeping this property from getting a 4 is the property chef, staff, and excellent customer service. The complaint is the see thru glass bathroom door, there is no good reason for this, it should be changed immediately. Also, invest in a heat pump that cools or warms room temps year round instead of one or the other.

We chose the hotel because of the size and quality, which did not disappoint, but we were not expecting such stellar service. Upon check-in we asked if they had earplugs available (I'm a light sleeper and neglected to bring some myself) and were politely told they did not. The next afternoon we returned to our room to find it serviced and with earplugs sitting on out nightstands. The restaurant is excellent too, we liked the breakfast so much we ate there once for dinner.

Great hotel

The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The hotel was great with spacious rooms. The location was great. 15 minute walk and you were in the major attractions of Rome. I would stay here again and recommend to all.

Very good hotel

The hotel is located just north of the Piazza del Poppolo in a very nice residential neighborhood. The hotel is a beautiful town house with very few rooms. We enjoyed the quietness of the area very much. Service at the hotel is excellent with everybody being extremely nice, particularly the staff in the breakfast room. The room is of a good size, but the bathroom was small with little room for your stuff. We were a bit disappointed with the toiletries. In their website they show a brand called Replica (which my wife said was very good), instead you get a generic unbranded refillable containers which did not even include hair conditioner. I was not impressed with the bed or bedding but my wife found it adequate. Breakfast is a bit bizarre. There are only two very nice young men taking care of everything, that means even putting sugar in your coffee! There is no menu so as the days go by you realize that you can ask for orange juice. In all it was a good experience and these minor shortcomings did not overshadow a very pleasant stay

Great staff. Friendly and efficient. Nice room except the storage is minimal especially in the bathroom. Could easily put in one small shelf. Quiet area and you need to walk to Piazza del Poppolo for restaurants. They have no sitting area outside of the room. An elegant small hotel.

Beautiful hotel & breakfast food. We had a slight problem with our room however . we were quickly moved and we both got offered a free glass of prosecco. Much closer to the centre than we originally thought and was in walking distance. Would stay again.

Great hotel. It was our first time to Rome and I can’t image a better hotel experience. The front counter staff was amazing and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed, and also inform us of activities. The restaurant was awesome. We only had breakfast there before we would go out for the day, but it never disappointed. Food tasted fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant staff.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights towards the last leg of our two week trip visiting Italy and enjoyed our stay.Pros: The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Sarah at the front desk was so nice and helpful when we arrived early. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is quite the spread and the hotel even arranged a breakfast to go box when we needed to check out early to catch a flight. The hotel is family friendly. My 7 year old son was even left a toiletry case on his bed filled with kid friendly bathing products. Another awesome detail was the fresh fruit in our room every day. Cons:To get to the main attractions you will have to walk. This wasn't an issue for us considering this was our second time in Rome and preferred being a bit away from it all. We didn't mind the extra walking considering all the gelato, pizza, pasta and wine we had. The hotel is close to plenty of transportation and is near the Piazza Popolo and Borghese Park. The hotel is not far from the tram that takes you to Stadio Olympico.We got tickets to see AS Roma play which was an awesome experience and it was easy to get to the stadium from this hotel. Traffic noise could be heard from our room. We had the king junior suite on the first floor. This wasn't an issue for me being from New York. This was white noise for me but I can see how this can be an issue for anyone preferring a less noisy room. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff is great.

We had a family room. Which was 2 rooms with King beds and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room for all of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. wonderful in hotel restaurant also with an amazing staff.
