If I would have listened to most reviews ir tiktoks, i would have overlooked this property. Extremely safe, clean, and centralized. You can walk literally everywhere feom here. Our room was cleaned every single day we stayed and if you had a question, they responded fast via WhatsApp.

Thank you Relais!

Very nice staff! I was delayed by a whole day due to weather in the states and with a call to the hotel they kept my reservation. I also left my charger and I was able to grope one with no problem. They made sure that we knew when and how to contact them throughout our stay. Very nice service! Just around the corner from the Colosseum and trevi fountain was a nice surprise.

Great location in the middle of all the major sites with a 2 minute walk to a nice shopping area and only a few hundred yards to a coffee shop. The staff were very helpful and provided us with an early check-in and help our bags while the room was being prepared. We also used the spa which was excellent with a sauna, pool and relaxation area. All in all a great stay and we already booked for one additional night at the end of our stay.

Great place; quiet and comfortable

Loved the room and bed was definitely comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful and roomy. I always like to buy bottles of water to keep in the fridge or have some fruit however the fridge provided in the room is the smallest I've ever seen. It hangs on the wall and there's only room for 2-500ml bottles. The room certainly has room to fit a bigger fridge so you can actually put more than 2 bottles of water. Especially in a place where summers are so hot, having the ability to keep cold water available is important. Was very disappointed in the size of fridge provided on the wall

The hotel room was clean. It had a very good location. It didn’t offer any amenities. It did have air conditioning. The photos make it look much nicer than it is. Not sure it’s worth the nightly rate. But it’s a decent place to stay.

We recommend, convenient, friendly helpful staff, safety measures in place, clean, shopping and attractions near by. Tiny fridge, tv didnt work even after they came to adjust settings, still recommend as those are minor
