The room was good and clean. The hotel is very well situated next to old town. The breakfast at the Il Teatro was very good, but it took on both days 15 minutes to order.

The Perfect Getaway in Ideal Location

Whether it was the friendliness of front desk staff Marva or Allyssa (among others), the helpfulness of the Concierge team of Israel St-Jacques and Louise Roy, the professionalism of the servers in Il Teatro (merci Rachel), every team member was a delight. The room (Horizon Suite) was exquisite with a fabulous view and extremely well appointed. All the little touches are perfect. Every aspect of the room is perfectly designed from the electric sheers and black out curtains, to the shower controls being in the opposite wall of the shower head. Everything was designed with the discerning guest in mind. The artwork throughout the property is gorgeous with artist bios available to see. The Clubby Bar was a great place for an adult beverage and we had the pool and sun deck to ourselves for an afternoon. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Truly.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location just steps away to explore Old Quebec. Enjoyed one dinner and 2 breakfasts at their restaurant, Il Teatro. Front desk staff as well as the concierge were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful views from Reception which is on the 7th floor! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Quebec.

The room was wonderful and so was the hotel overall. Wonderful views of the old part or the city and the river. The hotel is right next to a historical military fort. Very cool The only note I have is you are someone with scent sensitivity, this is not your hotel. Very scent heavy throughout the entire hotel.

Great location on the edge of Old Quebec City. Very cool hallway with small round tables against one side with a chair on either side and all glass on the opposite wall with a spectacular view of the city. Ate at their restaurant twice. Food was very good. Enjoyed our stay.
