We have a garden view. It’s like we are in the Caribbean. A balcony overlooking the pool area and an extreme large scale tv showing undersea video. Room exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable. Room is like a suite. Ate at the hotel steakhouse dining room. - fabulous, review to follow.

Everything was great,staff at check in were excellent. Room was as advertised When we went to get ice, the ice bucket was dirty, had a coffee stirrer in it as well as an old receipt in it and a piece of cucumber Also the bed was short sheeted, the bottom sheet stopped 2 inches before the end of the mattress. I am over 6 feet tall so my feet reach the bottom of the bed and I expect to have the sheets all the way down, very uncomfortable Because of this I will not stay here again

I visited Quebec City on my own and without recommendations from anyone. I could not have picked a better hotel. It is beautiful and clean. The staff was exceptional!! They answered all my questions and helped me navigate my way as needed. I did not go to the pool but it is beautiful and many people to advantage of it and was never overcrowded. I wish I had gotten in inside balcony room. You don’t stay in your room much but such an amazing option.

Hotel location is near the old Quebec city; Great location. Room was O.K. However, teh bathroom is outdated, and teh bathroom tiles contain mold at the base, and joints. The hotel will not do the bed, until teh 3rd night....quite unreasonable for teh price we paid. $340 US per night....Disapointed.

Very nice hotel. However, we started with a view over the atrium. The fumes from pool were overwhelming. So bad we had to more rooms. They were accommodating and more us to an interior room.

Wonderful Quebec City Hotel with beautiful traditional rooms that have unique intra-facility "outside" decks, with dining tables, and views over the inside pool and jacuzzi! Easy walking distance to this fantastic historical city downtown and theatres. Great hotel with restaurants, very reasonably priced with convenient parking.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in an interior room, which all had a balcony overlooking the pool & hot tub.

Hotel was ok. Room was unique with balcony but expensive. We had a short stay so not able to use facilities. Restaurant attached we found expensive. And food very salty. Next morning breakfast not included and it was a buffet.
