I love the place!

I loved this place! It is located in lower Old Quebec City. The streets are quiet and beautiful! The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk to dinner and feel safe walking back. We didn’t need a car at any time. We did walk a lot though. The service was a 10! I would stay here again and again.

Loved the property. In the heart of the old city. Very walkable. We stayed two nights. The first night was perfect but the second night, the air went out so it was difficult to get sleep. We did tell the front desk upon departure but no compensation was offered. Other than that, we were very happy with the property.

A beautiful auberge ,spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the valet who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and the charm of Old Quebec.Will definitely return.

We would be hard-pressed to anything at all negative (not sure I could!) about the Auberge Saint-Pierre or Hôtel 71 as it seems to be known now. The room was perfect and quiet--being in a lovely but less-touristed area. The staff was friendly and endlessly helpful. They have loaner bikes for guests, but had secure storage for our rental bikes. And there are many convenient bike trails. The associated Italian restaurant was bustling and had good food. And there were many fine restaurants within a block. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. Easily the best or one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

Impeccable guest services

Check in process was a dream. The staff is so friendly and the hotel commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. The hotel accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready for us hours before check in! Julien at the front desk was so friendly and Alain who took our car for valet was also great. When we called the front desk for more towels, someone arrived at our door within 5 minutes. Location is great, rooms are spotless and the hotel is beautiful. Awesome place!

Service is impeccable, very friendly. The property is beautiful & very well situated. Valet parking is available & super convenient, but there is public parking less than 10 min walk away. It’s within 5-10 min walk to most tourist attractions in the old city, and yet it was very easy to get to/from with our car. There are Michelin-star & Michelin recommended restaurants within 5 min walk, if you’re interested. We definitely recommend.
