The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the room above us being very loud. The staff quickly fixed the situation and accommodated us with another quieter room. Thank you so much Rose, you saved our weekend! We'll come back for sure next time we're in Quebec city.

We appreciated the pre-registration and the fact that they allowed us to access our room despite the fact that we arrived early. There was a gentleman in the lobby who was extremely helpful with getting our luggage up to our room and also helped with check out. Safe and covered parking was amazing during a snow storm. Fantastic location!!! Amazing coffee machine in lobby. Very happy with our experience overall. Great value for the cost!
