Staff were wonderful,room not good. Toilet broke 3 : times in 2 days, sink was leaking, and the street noise was so loud we barely slept. Key card had to be replaced twice. Layout of room was awkward, with a step up into the tiny bathroom. Glad I brought a nightlight or could have been a real problem.

The location downtown is awesome and the place feels like it’s treated with love. Staff was very helpful and the housekeepers were great. The amenities are spartan but so are the prices. Highly recommended.

Customer service at the front desk was amazing they did upgrade my stay to a bigger room but the stay was just okay. The real reason I gave it 3 stars is because the PH room needs some curtains. I was traveling alone and came back when it was a bit dark and noticed you can see everything CLEAR AS DAY from the outside. Also a camera was pointed directly at the room which seemed unnecessary since it was on the corner. I don’t know it just made me uncomfortable especially finding out the day I was leaving.

It was a nice tidy hotel. Friendly staff. I stayed on the ground floor courtyard level. It can get a little noisy in the evening. There’s a noisy bird cage and sometimes people sit in the courtyard for hours talking on their phones or taking zoom meetings which is obnoxious. Be careful with the water. I recommend only using bottled water, even when brushing teeth. Might recommend staying on higher levels. There’s a nice community kitchen on the top floor. Great location.
