The rooms were clean but really small the hotel is really outdated and the food was ok not like five star. Which I guess it fit the bill because we did choose the cheapest hotel we can find. The staff and service was awesome.

I love this hotel's location on the beach and in the heart of the bars and restaurants that i enjoy. I don't get the "all inclusive" package because there are so many options off property. I remember 30 years ago it looked a bit tired, and it still is a bit tired with."good enough" repairs evident in and it of the unit. But, i find it comfortable, quiet, good a/c, acceptable water pressure and hot water. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant Maximilian out front is very good and reasonably priced for breakfast or a gourmet dinner. My only complaint is that the limited number of pool chairs are reserved or otherwise "claimed" early each morning.

We like the room, seemed like it was renovated recently. We also enjoyed the pool. The hotel is in the romantic zone where the LGBT community is more visible. The parking was limited and not on site. We don't think we would stayed again here, but it was convenient tonstay only one night as we did for other reasons.

The room look a bit outdated. This is the romantic zone and it is more visible the LGBT community around the property. The all inclusive is always convenient to just enjoy the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the price was fair. But we don't think we stay here again, we might triy a different hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is a 10/10. Ammenties are great, pool was amazing and bar and staff were flawless. The rooms themselves were split. Some rooms were brand new and renovated whereas some rooms we had with our group of friends had really old outdated rooms. The older rooms had terrible bathrooms and air-conditioning.

I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish. Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves. The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice. For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone. TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10

Beautiful boutique hotel w lots of charm. Fun live entertainment; authentic Mexican dance performances, violin playing (talented performers) music at the pool & even filled the pool w balloons- everyone really enjoyed that! Overall good vibes. Super shoutout to Alejandro who managed the orders at the pool. He’s incredible! Housekeeping did a fab job! Loved our room (148) superior suite large size well decorated w a wrap around balcony overlooking the street (great for people watching!)Prime walkable location. Suggestions: WiFi was weak in our room except in bathroom - should strengthen that. Skip the all inclusive imo not worth it but tasty (limited) poolside/beach menu. You’re surrounded by amazing food - go to Pancho Tako’s across the street. Coffee at B for Bros. Thank me later. I would stay again when visiting PV. Mucha Gracias Los Arcos!
