We have stayed before, this time shower was ice cold. They charged us to park the car the time we were parked before check in time. No window in the room for fire escape purpose. Seems like greedy management, ALL TAKE NOW AND NO GIVE. we wont go back, our friends room real bad sewer smell. Find another hotel.

Property is better than I expected, wonderful customer service from everyone. Enrique made us to feel really welcomed. In a very convenient area if you don't have a car, near the malecon and downtown. I loved the room with stayed, balcony view to the beach perfect to see sunsets. I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay! Location and condition were fantastic. Staff was very helpful. As mentioned previously, this is a lively area near the boardwalk, so the room was not quiet -- music almost constantly. But when it's expected, it's just part of the experience.
