We stayed at the South Tower. The hotel, staff, and room were extraordinary! The food and entertainment at every restaurant met all expectations (and we have a tough palate to please). We only spent time at the rooftop infinity pool because it was too amazing to switch up! The rooms have their own hot tub on the lanai, which was a wonderful surprise. The ONLY disappointing factor is the beach (lack there of). Do not go if you want a beautiful beach to relax on. It will disappoint - but the pool more than makes up for it.

Great place good drinks good food. Beautiful view. Italian restaurant was good. I will say they will pitch a membership and burn up 3 4 hours of your day trying to sell it to you. I would try to avoid that.

Everything was perfect, and I will continue to stay in this hotel, but it would be very helpful if there is shampoo, conditioner, and brushes are in the shops. Some people can forget their brushes or conditioners and we went to two different shops in Mousa and also Casablanca and they did not even have a comb let alone a brush something for you guys to think about for the future

It is basically a fabulous place with wonderful service . . . but . . . everywhere you go the music is far too loud - in all the restaurants, at the rooftop pools. And the high-tech room was frustrating - the AC had a life of its own and keep resetting the temperature; figuring out the lights, the curtains was hard
