The best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Spent a week in the south tower, explored every single restaurant, enjoyed the huge wine selection. We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️

Hotel Mousai was a true escape from everyday life. Everything felt sincerely luxurious, from the stunning rooms (there truly isn’t a bad view in the building) to the incredible food selection and quality. What stood out most was the staff—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. It was one of those vacations that fills your cup all the way up.

This hotel is beautifully located right by the ocean, offering stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally large and spacious, with a private spa on the balcony and an incredible view of the sea. The property features several swimming pools, including a breathtaking rooftop pool. The grounds are also wonderful, with lovely gardens, as well as tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. There is so much to enjoy within the hotel that you may not even feel the need to go into the city, but if you do, the front desk can easily arrange a taxi. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a nice hotel. Some of the best room I've been in Mexico. Food and service is great. Not crazy about the drinks but it will do fine. The place is beyond dead at night. Generally speaking there is nothing to do there except sitting by the pool, it's a really quiet hotel.

Absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience. The room was massive and the views were incredible. The staff is so kind and helpful. From the minute we arrived we felt so welcomed. I can’t find one negative thing to say about our stay. All of the food is top notch. The trolley system is wonderful as well. I can’t wait to go back.
