I wish they had mentioned the building work going on around the pool. My only suggestion would be a coffee maker in the room then it would be perfect. Traffic noise was also constant from main road.

Based on others reviews of this place, we thought we were getting a pretty good deal. Much less expensive than other properties. Sometimes, as the same goes,โ€ฆ You get what you pay for! The staff was quite kind. The property was clean, those seemed a little dark and stark. HOWEVERโ€ฆ It was advertised that you could use the beach next-door at Friendlyโ€™s Hotelโ€ฆ That Was True. EXCEPTโ€ฆ You could use the beach, but not the lounge chairs or purchase any food or drinks there because it was an all-inclusive. Not convenient or pleasant at all. The rooftop pool was nice and, again, waitstaff was attentive and pleasant.The room was OK. Nice view of the surrounding mountainsโ€ฆ But very noisy with street sounds at night! Earplugs solved that problem for us. The hotel zone is a fine area to stay, if we come back, weโ€™ll probably stay in the romantic zoneโ€ฆ Just kind of preference as far as that goes.

Was really impressed with this hotel. The only drawback may be the location. It was a couple of miles from the downtown area. The pool up on the roof was awesome. Did not eat here. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We added the option for breakfast which was nice. We didn't have to leave to find a place to eat. Rooftop pool is wonderful with a fantastic view. There are lots of lounges and beds so it was easy to find somewhere to relax. There is a pool bar and you can also order food. We would definitely stay here again!

Miguel welcomed us as soon as we arrived and helped with our luggage. Wvery time we passed him in the lobby he as so friendly . The property gets a 12/10 for cleanliness and outstanding staff. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciate the new playlist . In previous stays it was very loud and pounding music. Excellent improvement . We will be back!
