A Perfect Stay – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort. The property is beautiful, with stunning beaches and a relaxing pool area that made it easy to unwind. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. What really stood out was the personal touch: the team went above and beyond to leave thoughtful details for our anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the effort and kindness. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Hilton Vallarta to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for getaway.

My husband and I just returned home after 10 glorious days at the Hilton! The Hilton was truly an amazing resort to stay at. I would highly recommend! I will try and highlight below a few things that weren't previously mentioned in other reviews. Pools - the adult pool is about 40 metres...great for swimming laps. During this time of year, the sun hits the adult pool shortly after 9 am. The family pool on the north side is in the shade until much later. Lots of chairs but if you want your favourite spot then you need to go down to reserve around 7ish. Beach - we walked the beach a few times a day to get exercise from all the good food. But you can only walk so far from one side to the other. Sandy beach for most part and during our time, the waves were rough. But in front of resort , the rock barriers provide some protection. Food - we ate at most of the al la carte restaurants. All were very good...some of the best food at an all inclusive that we've had in Mexico. The beef filet mignon was thick and cooked to medium rare as I liked it. Too many good dishes to mention. On Sunday's they have Paella near the food trucks. And at the veggie food truck the guacamole and chips were amazing. Oh, and even the Vela buffet restaurant was great with great food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, and located right on a clean, swimmable beach with stunning ocean views. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, and everything on the property is conveniently close. There are several restaurants and a few pools throughout the hotel, giving plenty of options without ever needing to leave the property. All the entertainment took place outdoors and was truly fantastic—fun, lively, and perfect for enjoying the tropical evenings. A special thanks to Fernando Vidal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was helpful, kind, and made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway in Puerto Vallarta!

What I liked: -Absolutely amazing staff! A few standouts include Yareli in the family lounge El Rincon, Fatima in the Kids Corner, Esmeralda and Pedro at the Vela breakfast buffet, Brayan at the Asian fusion restuarant, and Gabriel at the Italian restaurant. Every server at the beach and pool were fast and friendly too! Literally had great service with every person we met. -Hotel is right on the water with a perfect view from each room. Open your slider and hear the waves. -El Rincon family lounge was a fun way to end the day. Pool table, ping pong table, Foos ball table, Air Hockey table, 4 Playstation set ups to play Fortnite and other games, tons of board games to borrow, and all you can eat gelato and treats. My 2 boys had a blast there! -Excellent food. I was suprised by the quality of the buffet and all the reservation restaurants. Coco mar was a fun spot for lunch. -The all-inclusive bracelet has your room key built in. You don't need to bring a room key or your phone with you. The break from my phone was needed. I left more relaxed than I've felt in years. What I didn't like: -the toilet in the restroom is incased in glass. You don't get any privacy from your family. We felt safe and so relaxed here. Gym and Kids Corner allowed for some adult time. The beach was calm with the rock breakers, I wasn't stressed that my kids would be pulled out in a riptide. Wonderful resort and location. Thank you, Hilton staff!

Had a very nice stay here. Lots of activities. Enjoyed Kayaking and oththamfs on activities as well. Food is amazing , lots of restaurants to choose from and of course the drinks staffs are very friendly. Would love to go back again .

Property was great and very nice people. The entertainment was ridiculously terrible and the food was hit or miss. Some food was delicious but most was ok at best. The most wonderful parts were the AMAZING sunsets!
