This is the 4th time I have stayed at this property. It’s beautiful, the food is great, and the staff goes far and beyond. I have stayed at 4 other hotels in PV, and by far, I highly recommend this location. I also like that it’s close to the romantic zone, and all the rooms have views of the ocean. I definitely recommend you check out this resort!

The staff were phenomenal and yes they deserve tips. Please do. The property was very clean but is starting to show its age, could use some maintenance and renovation. Food options were great, pools were nice, activities were fun, loved the stay. Will definitely go again.

The staff at the hotel was definitely not friendly when they encountered that our reservation was booked via third party. The rooms were not a Hilton standard of cleaniness. Being an all inclusive hotel, we brought peso and USD cash to tip but no one on property had change.

What was extremely frustrating about the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Puerto Vallarta was the nighttime beach activities. One night the hotel hosted a guest karaoke event. The "singers" were drunk, sang horribly, and the loud speaker system was cranked up to the volume you would hear at a football stadium. What was worse is that it continued till past 10pm. We came to the beach to enjoy fun in the sun and relaxation at night. It was so loud and disgusting that we had to close our balcony doors and turn on the TV to drown out their noise. On another night fireworks were shot off about 11pm. This was not during spring break either. It was in Feburary. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you like that sort of thing and don't just want to relax on the beach or on your balcony of an evening. The staff however, were very nice and accomodating .

My wife and I went on the holiday with our daughter, husband and grandchildren, age 3 and 10 months. The staff was great, catering to the kids making sure everything we did was perfect. All the staff at the resort were helpful, friendly and very hard working. We are already planning a return to the resort next year, Thankyou all for the great experience.

It’s really nice hotel, very accommodative and friendly people. Amazing restaurants, high quality food and drinks. Well are definitely coming back soon

Came here on our babymoon. Nothing spectacular. Food was pretty much the same from Wednesday to Sunday. Variety was very limited, menu stayed the same every night and the food was pretty bland. Check in was nothing special , the ladies seemed like they were ready to get off and weren’t the friendless to us. Our room floor was pretty dirty with sand and water on the floor as soon as we walked in. There was nothing exciting about the room to rave about , it was pretty regular. The bed was comfy. Room service was okay , there were two nights we asked for bottle water to be brought up and it never came. The pool area is nice and it was right by the beach. The staff at the restaurants and around the pool were friendly and that was nice to see. Would I come back , no. I would come back to the city though , I would just stay somewhere different.

We just returned from an incredible stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton with our family, and it’s a hands-down 5-star experience! The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return. This place is a family dream—highly recommend!

We liked the swimmable area and snorkelling. We loved the food at the restaurants. My teens liked the ice cream/family room with games.

It had everything you needed at one property which was nice. And it was very easy to get a car there if you wanted to leave the property. The rooms could use some updating but they weren’t usable.

Beautiful hotel with a cruise ship feel

Excellent on all fronts with one complaint- too many noisy activities and events outside during the day, people want to relax and not have loud music blasting.
