The location is excellent- 20 minute drive from airport, easy access to buses and walkable to Malacon. Hotel was upgraded and rooms are nice. The things I didn’t enjoy; my room was noisy as faced the street and when I asked to be moved after the first night was told only possible with an upgrade at cost of additional $350.00, food was plentiful at buffets however was bland and hot items were lukewarm, changes in pool area affected enjoyment as now a staff member paroled lounge chairs and moved articles if left for more than 15 minutes, restricted menu options available at the pool, the 2 bars outside closing hours have changed to 10pm, music at night moved to lobby area so it’s loud and crowded. At checkout asked to keep wristbands for additional hour and told extra charge, after complaints it was given free. This was my 4th visit over the years and last.

The only thing bad I can say is the beds are hard and maybe bed bugs!? I have little bits all over my body. Other than that the place was beautiful and so much fun the people and stuff was amazing.

Small hotel, the beach is not swimmable due to high dangerous waves and rocks / stones everywhere. Location of the property was great in the downtown part of the city, walkable to main attractions in PV. Food at the main restaurant was average quality, nothing more. Pool bar food was good, when it comes to sandwiches and snacks. The swimming pool is small for the hotel size and not exciting. Not an exciting resort as such, due to the small property. Staff are very helpful and kind.

This resort is very nice and close to the Malecon which is why I chose it. The pools at the resort are nice but way too crowded. All chairs were taken first thing in the morning and my room was above the pool so it was very loud at night. The staff were wonderful though and the beach was beautiful.

This is an All-Inclusive hotel and there should be a focus on good food, however, the food is very mediocre. They have one self-service cafeteria and 2 restaurants. The menu in the 2 restaurants was mainly the same. One restaurant is only indoors overseeing the cafeteria. The beach chairs are not comfortable and laid out like sardines in a can. So overall experience is not great and not worth the money. We paid almost $500 per day for a room with ocean view.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff and hotel members were super friendly and helpful. Our AC went down one night, but they came quickly and fixed it. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

It was a Amazing Honeymoon 🍯🌙 trip for me and my wife after 12 years,,, proven its never to late our kids also joined us 7yrs and 11yrs old Awesome Paradise in PuertoVallarta. The zone was 5 of December next to Centro ,minutes away from Romantic zone Awesome!. Hands down a place for all families.

Our NYE trip was overall fine. Most staff went over & beyond while a few were less accommodating. We were told some false statements like attending a sales presentation would get us coupons and benefits we did not receive. To be honest the food was decent, this was actually the first place in MX I’ve ever visited that the food was mediocre. My friend chose the hotel and overlooked the fact that it was kid friendly. The hotel had too many kids, they pretty much ran the place. The hotel room was pretty clean but you can see the wear and tear from past guests. Two out of four days we spent with no hot water & on NYE there was a problem with the plumbing so our side of the hotel had cold water only for hours. The fireworks show on NYE was amazing, the vendors on the beach provided a great ATV tour & wonderful beach massages! Overall like I said it was fine. I wouldn’t be returning and it’s mostly because of all of the kids and the mediocre food.

We appreciated the surroundings. The wait staff at the pool (Eduardo) was amazing. The hot tub in the suite needed some updating. We did not appreciate the concierge (sales) staff being so pushy about going in their sales tour, requiring a deposit to go on the tour (no other presentation we have been on ever required that) and when we said no multiple times there were no less than 3 persons trying to convince us we needed to go on the tour in order to enjoy visiting Puerto Vallarta.

We had a great experience. The location for an all inclusive is fantastic, within walking distance to the malecon and lots of local culture - a great choice if you want the all inclusive but have the city still be accessible. The food was quite good, albeit somewhat limited by the resort being a little small. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and nice beach. It gets a little sleepy after 8 pm as the pool closes and there is usually 1 music act with not a ton of seating, but at least the bar remains open and you can always explore the city that is at your fingertips. Overall would recommend this place!
