Room was spacious, clean, and looked nice. The hotel is near a ton of great food and coffee spots. Overall, experience was great. You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by.

Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.

My wife and I stayed here on our last night of our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to stay to end our trip. First off, the room was fantastic, it felt cozy and comfortable and was just the right size for us. The vibe in the room and hotel was very calm, welcoming, and cozy. We also got a 3-hour pass to the thermal spa area. The spa offered multiple temperatures and types of pools, including an area reserved for quiet, no talking, so you can truly take some time to relax and clear your head. It was, again, perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is parking, it was difficult to find a spot. We eventually did, but it was stressful for an out of town era who hadn’t been to Portland before. Other than that it was a lovely experience.

Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.
