The hotel itself was fine, but I experienced noise and the odor of smoke from neighboring guests. The thin walls and poorly insulated adjoining door between rooms allowed sound and smell to enter my room, which made it difficult to sleep.

Some if the staff members where not very personable and stingy with some of the complementary items for the room such as sugar. The breakfast was subpar as well with mostly cold items and a pancake machine. For the price I believe it could have been much better for the area it is in.

The hotel is mainly run by students attending Portland State. The housekeeping was quick and responsive and although the hotel suite itself felt it needed a carpet deep cleaning, it was overall a nice stay.

Conveniently located in downtown Portland, but still feels more private & quiet than other hotels nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we found our one-night stay comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but offered some grab & go options for a quick snack.

We Like the pool area, rooms are ok. Could be cleaner. Food is delivery or walk a few blocks. Noisy traffic but is expected this close to highways. Ill probably try a different hotel next visit

Old but clean

Check in was fast. Rooms were clean and was very quiet. Building is old but very clean. Pool is available from 10 to 9 pm. Breakfast was above basic. Disappointed about the parking. The site says parking available but when checking in the staff will charge you 13 dollars to park on the property very disappointed. If I knew about the breakfast and parking fee I would look for another hotel for cheaper without breakfast and free parking.
