Centrally located in downtown, easy access to public transportation and freeway access. Comfortable rooms on site restaurant along with so many food options nearby, don't miss the food truck plaza on 5th, so many choices. No complaints about this property.

Had an incredible stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We had our dog with us, and found the hotel very pet friendly. Will definitely be staying again!

The area is fairly rough, full of homeless and drunk and drugged out people. The parking situation is ridiculous as forced $50 per night valet is the only option. We left after 8 hours and found another hotel

We were driving through Portland and decided to stay in the city center so we can explore the area a little bit. The beds were really comfortable. They had a mini-fridge in the room and had coin operated washer and dryer on another floor which was super convenient for us because we were on a camping road trip up the coast and were able to do our laundry before heading out again. The next morning, with the 12pm check out, we had enough time to walk to Grits and Gravy for breakfast and strolled around Powell Bookstore. So a perfect respite on our trip. Valet parking was worth it for the safety and convenience.

There's definitely room for improvement for the cleanliness of the room. We check in quite late and we were too tired to ask hotel staff. I notice there's hair clippings inside the tray where the glass cups were placed in the washroom. Also, both the shampoo and conditioning were out as they weren't top up prior to our arrival. There were garbage inside the recycling can when we arrive to our room. View from our room is beautiful. Our room is spacious for the two of us. Area around our hotel is definitely not the best part of the city. But our room is quiet and tune out all the sound from the street. There's a nice small coffee shop just around the corner of the hotel where you can get some decent coffee.

Hotel exceeded expectations in regards to cleanliness, and room layout. We went to a timbers game and was walking distance. There are a but of homeless around the area but nothing to alarming. Would book again
