The location was great, and the people were SUPER friendly. It was a big turn off to see dirty towels on both days, however. One had what appeared to be make-up streaks on it, and another had an orange crusted spot. :/

Overall, I had a terrible experience every night I stayed there. My key wouldn’t work, and they had a technician come every time to open my room. When I asked to be moved to a different room, they would tell me they didn’t have any available and that all the rooms were occupied. It felt like they never even tried to fix the issue.

Great spot downtown

There was a large event in the area so the hotel was overwhelmed, but the staff handled it very well. The room was clean and comfortable with great views!
