If room was spotless, I would of left a 5 star review, if staff entered our room and did more than drop some towels on counter... I would of left a 5 star review, if (this one really got me) while ordering a coffee in lobby in AM and was told no cash.. ok I guess I understand that...I asked, can I at least leave a cash tip and her reply.... 20% gratuity is automatically added.... Are you kidding me... BS! Coffee was terrible but adding 20% automatically.... I was going to probably tip more but that's total BS As I'm writing this, I realized, I should of left a 3 star review

The location was great and walkable to many downtown locations. I found street parking easily as it was off season but they do have valet for a high nightly rate. The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful and attentive to my needs. Room was stylish and nicely appointed. Bed was so comfortable I overslept! Overall I had a 10/10 stay and would stay again.
