A lot of homeless around there, and I don’t like the fact that on the website it saids $60 for valet parking and when I go there the staff said $65. Which is fine, but when I checked my statement they charge me $75 for parking that’s ridiculous and the fact that they lie about they’re price and change it last minute

Check in was amazing. Gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Beds are definitely comfortable but we found a few stains on the floor and then noticed an unopened THC edible on the floor. Disappointing that housekeeping missed that. What else did they miss ..? Water pressure was also not great in our shower or bath, which took forever to fill because of it. Morning of checkout my husband was getting out of the shower and I heard a loud clank in the bathroom and got worried. The part that goes around the the light in the shower fell off. Thankfully it barely missed hitting him. Startled the heck out of both of us though.

Clean but no so comfortable beds

The staff were very helpful, but no room service. The beds were very uncomfortable and we jad to change our room with minimal improvement. The rooms were clean.

Paramount Hotel stay July 2025

My husband and I stayed at the Paramount Hotel on July 10 and 11, and from check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly, and valet service was quick and convenient. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers at Swine both nights—everything we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. Each morning, we had breakfast at Taylor Street Tavern, and once again, the food was fantastic. We highly recommend the Paramount Hotel and will definitely be staying there again!

Absolutely gorgeous property, lovely staff, and convenient location. We had breakfast at the Taylor Street Tavern inside the hotel, the menu had great selections and very affordable prices. I really wish we had gotten our servers name, they were an absolutely lovely person, and very fun to chat with. The valet employees were always very quick, kind, and careful with my vehicle, as well. My friends and I take a weekend trip to Portland every year, and this is honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we will definitely be coming back.
