no room coffee, coffee at 6 am so doesn't help if you want coffee any earlier; no tv guide; large pillows not comfortable, ten dollar gift not usable since restaurant not open and nothing in room refrigerator to purchase. Room nice and clean staff were helpful and nice i stay in room 403 in the bathroom the sink when in use fell up to soon and drain very very slow. Bath should be clean and working properly at arrival of my stay.When the sink doesn't work right how much fun is your one night stay. (Think about when a person staying one night and this happen its not a nice experience.)

The hotel was nice and everything, but one of the front desk people, Cassidy, really killed the vibe for us. She was so snooty and condescending to us during check-in that we spent the whole trip feeling like we weren't good enough to be staying at this hotel. Which is wild, considering this is a place that doesn't have coffee makers in the rooms. Never been treated like that before and I don't intend to repeat the experience, as there loads of hotel options in Portland.
