Great Staff! Lock on my door doesn't work: it's mis-aligned or jammed. My strength could FORCE it, but a lady or kid would not be able to do it. WIFI worked last nite, but not in morning. Connected to the BLDG router, but no internet. Had to come downstairs to get signal. 4th floor needs better repeaters or signal strngth. ROOM is nice and cozy, well-appointed. Of course I'm staying on a holiday, so things are quiet. Disappointed @ no hosted Breakfast. The restaurant on-site is 2-stars @ best. Overpriced for what they offer. Many usual features missing, and menu is just So-so. Very nice and attentive wait staff however @ their restaurant. WOW! the location of this hotel is rather difficult to find unless one has GPS (hey! Not everybody does!) Some better signage would greatly help, but it's likely that the Port of PDX and city may not be very cooperative on that matter. Maybe you know what I'm talkin' about
