Great staff, less than stellar accommodations.

This hotel looks beautiful in pictures but leaves much to be desired in person. The main lobby was very nice and modern, so I was excited to get up to my room. I had booked a single king for 3 nights. I was placed on the top floor. Maybe it's just because of the "luck of the draw", but the room I was given was much smaller and more "blah" than I was expecting (little to no artwork, broken floor lamp, small TV, no view, etc.). There were also wrappers on the ground from the previous guest, hair in the bed, and a sink that would not drain. Additionally, I had a very odd and uncomfortable "conversation" with one of the male hotel staff in the elevator who, unprompted, asked where I was from, what I was in Portland for, and how long I was staying. Even if the questions were harmless, as a single female solo-traveling I really did not appreciate that interaction. I let the front desk staff know, and they were very apologetic which I did really appreciate. The front desk and valet staff were great, and the location is awesome, but I don't know if I would stay here next time. I wouldn't say anything was necessarily egregious, but the whole experience was just kind of "blah."

Dirty! Hair and black mold in sink, smelled very bad. Called to make sure we could use Amazon on the tv, was told we could and that we would be able to cast on it. we were not. For almost $300 for a room it was not worth it! Fridge had crusted milk in it and was also dirty. Not impressed.

Staff were kind and very efficient! The lamp in the room didn’t work and they replaced it while we were out for less then an hour (which hardly happened at other hotels that I stayed). The pool and breakfast was amazing and my kids enjoyed A LOT. Valet parking service was also worth more than I paid for. If I visit Portland again, I will definitely stay here again. :)

Bathroom has room for cleaning Improvements

The shower had some discoloration in corners and splatter on the ceiling above. I stay at this property often and enjoy the convenience, have not seen this type of cleanliness thus far in all of my stays.

Great hotel experience w/great free breakfast! While the $50 parking fee is in line with other Portland hotels I’m still annoyed I have to pay for parking. Finally while the area is convenient to all major attractions it’s also close to a lot of areas where the unhoused congregate. Not unsafe but unattractive.

Staff at check-in were very helpful & nice, room was perfectly designed, bathroom was large & immaculate. Restaurants were nearby, very good choices with excellent food. The buffet was the best we've experienced at a hotel.

Really nice place.

Awesome place and the staff was all nice. Though we did not use the Valet parking we did witness a car being valeted that entered the garage and once the door shut there was most definitely tires squealing up the ramp. May want to look into that a little. Our stay was great and the room and pool were exceptional. Could use a hot tub though. We will be back.
