Stayed here twice in a week. The first night was amazing, service and room. Was on the city view side and had no complaints. Second stay, had to wait over 30 mins for a room at check in. When we finally got a room, it smelled HORRIBLY of old cigarettes. It was headache inducing. We were all placed on the opposite side and it was extremely noisy all night from the light rail. Which stops running at 12am and starts again at 4am.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for a room. While everyone else was able to check in and get their room. Stood there thinking the employee was checking me in at least and run my card, but he wasn't. Not until I asked. I wasn't notified the room was ready but had to go check after 40 mins.
