The location was convenient for driving to local attractions and restaurants. The immediate area around the hotel was not great for walking to a place to eat in the neighborhood. The mattress in our room was old and sunken in and needed to be replaced. One night someone was playing very loud music at the park across the street, which made it difficult to relax in our room. The hotel staff was professional and courteous.

Check in was uncomfortable, felt like I was prejudged (just drove 11hrs, I’m sure I wasn’t looking my best). Guy wasn’t pleasant and said but a handful of words. Check out was exceptional! I was greeted with a smile. It was night and day. I selected a room with a balcony and view. Balcony was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and my view was trees.

The room that i got was the worst room in that hotel. It was like a storage closet with a window facing the AC Unit and Duct work . That is all the view I got . There was no room cleaning . When the hotel ask how was my stay and what can be done to improve my stay . I ask for a room cleaning and a better room . Nothing was done .

Impressive service

We were so thrilled with how attentive everyone was. I haven't had this level of service at a hotel in as long as I can remember. Y'all are doing something right. It wasn't one person- it was every person and some even more so. We'll definitely be back- everything about the stay was excellent.
