I liked the free onsite parking and the fabulous reception staff. The pool was amazing. Our room left a lot to be desired. The bedding was outdated and the beds themselves very uncomfortable. The starter pack of soap etc is great but having to go to reception and pay for more is not. Paying for pool towel hire isn't cool either and not typical of most hotels. There is no glass in the windows. Just screens and shutters so no outdoor noise is blocked out and you're either in the dark without natural light or you're hot because you can't close a window so the air con does nothing. Never been in a hotel like that. Not a lot of thought went into guest experience there. The tvs are tiny and really should just be wall mounted. There is no safety switch for the stovetop hobs in the rooms so I was constantly monitoring my 3 year old to ensure he didn't switch the stove on which isn't very relaxing for parents. There was no clean towel service and there's no extended reception hours so if you leave early and get back late and need something - tough luck. There's also no phones to call reception, you have to walk down there basically.

good morning Monique, thank yo for your feedback, we are a Bali inspired resort and the windows/screens are to reflect that experience with fans and usually very effective airconditioning if you keep the doors closed.We rarely have noise complaints as security closes the pools at 10pm. We do have mattress toppers available if you find the mattresses too hard reception is open usually from 8.45 to 4.30pm daily and we have an onsite manager 24/7 with well posted signage re how to contact us in case of an out of hours emergency.via your phone or the courtesy phone in reception. We are a self contained properfy not a hotel and we offer a starter pack of amenities etc with further supplies available at reception .and there is an onsite guest laundry available 7am-10pm daily. Most units do have a safety switch on the wall for the stovetops, Always express your concerns to reception and we will endeavour to assist.

Property was lovely with a Balinese/rainforest feel about it. Room was comfortable and well equipped, only minor issue we had, was it would have been nice to have clean towels, during our 6 day stay, but everything else was lovely.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your lovely feedback, we are a self contained apartment resort, we have an on site laundry or we can exchange your towels for a nominal fee.If you stay 8 nights you do receive a mid stay service which is anoher incentive to stay longer if the lure of the climate the reef and the rainforest is not enough! Return guesta are offered special rates also.

Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was lovely. The pools are extremely clean & surrounded by lush plants. Our room was totally adequate and we were happy & comfortable but will need some maintenance to continue an ongoing standard.
