Súper buen servicio de la gerente Marcela El check out flexible muy bien, el depto amplio muy limpio y lindo, cuentan con elevador y es moderna l torre En la alberca no te dejan tomar dentro de ella o en las orillas pero si puedes hacerlo en los camastros

Hubo un incidente el administrador del departamento Quadra no reconoció la reserva y no nos recibió y sin darnos una solución nos dejó en la entrada con el guardia. Más de una hr. Y con el calor en la camioneta. Afortunadamente Hoteles.com inmediatamente nos cambio la reserva a otro departamento con las mismas y mejores características que habíamos reservado.
