The staff were very helpful. Rooms were modest, bed was comfortable. If you are ok with some noise, the balcony rooms on the ouside are yours, for a more quiet stay, have a room facing the courtyard. Recommendations from the staff for food were incredible. Area was very central, all amenities including the beach was a 5min walk away. Can't wait to return to Bosque Caribe.

Do not stay here unless you like insane I mean absolutely insane ruckus chaos, and the most loudest music you’ve ever heard in your life and no accommodation. It is better to stay at a hostel as opposed to walking in a bathroom to a woman or a man having sex And having to hear it and having absolutely no sleep and you want to become insane and less than two days it was so bad. I had to leave the room which was disgusting ankle and sleep at the beach. There is no escape from the insanity here. …

Asked to be upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. Was told it was $60 extra a night. I checked agora and Expedia minutes before requesting the upgrade, both sites said $6 total for the upgrade. Had a much better stay at the Aloft. I could hear senior frogs music booming at the checkin dacikity, can’t imagine what it was like to stay there.

Loved the area, very close to shops and restaurants. Felt safe at all times. My husband enjoyed the hammocks and sitting our on the balcony :). Make sure you read correctly as I did not and originally got a shared bathroom room then had to upgrade my room.

3 stars because the staff was very friendly. Cons - I didn’t get the room I selected with the garden view and instead my balcony faced a main road where construction went on starting from early and local bars played loud music until very late (maybe 3am) My shower did not have any hot water, but I also did not bother letting the front desk know because I didn’t want to go through the trouble of switching rooms. I was in the room for 5 days 4 nights and room service did not come at all. I am a tidy person and the room was supplied for towels and sheets for 2 which sufficed since I was alone. I didn’t use the pool because it was kinda small and hidden from the sun. Pros- The staff was VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. The room was clean for the most part and the location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. Working tv very good AC and I traveled alone but felt safe my entire stay. The hotel and room could use some updating but the price was decent so you get what you pay for. I would definitely stay again.
