staff was excellent food good. only problem was the room on main level you can hear people walking above you and every time they used the washroom you could hear them plus got a sewer gas smell and lots of small bugs in the room

Did not use the spa,the courtesy massage was only at a set time for the price I paid they should have given out more free services plus they did not have any place for night life to dance the show were mediocres the light in the platum room pool did not work.

The construction was one of the down sides. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. Staff at the smaller buffet was the best. The restaurants by reservation were ok, we ended up leaving two of them and going to the buffet as the food was not better in the restaurants.

Overall, the hotel is nice. A little dated. There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our visit. This resulted in some property amenities being unavailable. The kids water playground was under construction. There are also a lot of raccoon like animals that will come poolside and steal your food and drinks. The animals were not aggressive, but definitely an annoyance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.
