That it was close to Quinta Avenida 5th Avenue have something to do after being in the beach night life even walk around and a lot more cops everywhere felt very safe.

This was my second stay at this property. Its convenient location offers a quiet respite, yet is less than a two-minute walk from a coffee shop opening at 7:00 AM (most locations open considerably later). The clubs, shops, restaurants, bars, and the hotel's complimentary gym are equally accessible. The hotel staff are exceptionally courteous and readily available.

Our family of 5 had a great time. The property was gorgeous and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and the jacuzzi. It was very close to the main drag where there were shops and restaurants. Mamitas beach was just a 10-15 walk away. We’re definitely coming back.

great that the condo came with jacuzzi, the location was in the middle of town yet on the beach. Great place, very clean, everyone was super helpful.

So nice we came back for a second visit in two years. The spacious 2bed, 2bath unit with a tropical view and private hot tub terrace amazed our kids! While the condo hotel is close to the party scene, we slept soundly at night thanks to the thick walls of the buildings. Very walkable to 5th Avenue. The two pools are lovely and evocative of a jungle escape. The beach club is modest but the food and drinks are wonderful. It looks out on a section of beach where fishing charter boats tie up, but it’s a short walk down a few streets south to the beach more suitable for swimming. We thought the price was fair.

Very good place!

Very nice place with very clean units. The grounds were beautiful; although the beach access/area was very small and limited. The unit was sufficient, had everything we needed and clean.

It is an excellent location and the apartment was very spacious and nice. Beach club is just ok since there is hardly a beach

The 2 bedroom condo that we have rented was huge... And very clean. Nice spa like decor. Kitchen was fully equipped and comfortable. The garden building we stayed at had a small swimming pool with just a few lounge chairs. The front building pool had no lounge chairs or place to sit whatsoever. The beach by the hotel is not what you would expect for your vacation. Full of stinky boats, fisherman cleaning nets and getting ready for the next dive or fishing trip. There are some beach clubs in the area however it requires 10-15 minutes walk through the city streets full of tourists. The beach clubs qualify is not the greatest and prices very high. The best deal was a 500 per person credit that included beach chair and credit for food and drinks. There are tons of local people sitting on the beach right at the front of your beach chair. There was a heavy duty tractors cleaning the beach from weeds washed up the shore

The staff were lovely and very helpful and had some good recommendations. It was tricky to buy food to self cater as all shops near by only sold convenience food. Could be hard to distinguish public beaches.
