Besides the sargassum from mother nature and a couple days of the elevator out of service, id definitely come back. The pool was great and nothing wrong with a little exercise :)

Nice place to stay. Great for 4 people. Close to the busy area of playa, lots of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful grounds. Overall really positive.

We loved this place. The location is on a quiet street but close to everything. The staff were so helpful. The property is so pretty and on on-site restaurant right on the beach was a great addition.

We stay in Playa del Carmen often and have tried many hotels. Let's start with great location. Then spacious rooms with many amenities. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, bottled water, great beds and pillows. Ours had a Jacuzzi. Quiet, great beds and pillows. We have been there before and will book again

The suites were spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We rented a 3 bed penthouse it is did have all that was pictured, though the space is on the roof top with a shared entry for another suite

AC in one of the rooms appeared to be broken. Great location but we went in a season (May) where the beach was full of seaweed.
