Had a great stay with about 10 people in our group ! Renovations were happening on most floors of the paradise towers but it was still fine ! Pool bar and all staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Good location

Close to everything. Beds in Royal Wing very uncomfortable as ‘futon’-type beds and difficult to get in/out. Good breakfast.

This hotel did not seem organized. They do not accept credit card almost always. The room was not ready on time and when it was, it was not fully cleaned. This hotel did not meet my expectations.

The stay in the hotel was overall good. The location of the hotel is near the main street with all the restaurants and bars; sometimes it was noisy but overall was nice as everything was near by. The hotel rooms might need some renovation to make them more appealing but considering the price and area, the hotel was nice.

Hotel is in the center of everything in Phuket & the rooms are very nice and clean. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything. 2 min walk from walking street & patong beach.

Very comfortable room and the bed, pillows and linen were very good quality. Not a great deal of room around the swimming pool, considering the size of the hotel. The choice at breakfast was very good.

It looks like the property was recently updated. The pool, restaurant, and lobby areas are very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel

Very good facilities. Good location. Great swimming pool area. Very good breakfast. Only issue is the room felt very humid and damp even with A/C working. Great views from the bar on the 24th floor.
