Our stay was ok. We got a pool access room, unfortunately it had a strong smell of mold. We found what looked like mold on the curtains. Our toilet wouldnt flush consistently and our sink drain plug hardware was held on crudely with some wire that wouldnt close or open the drain. The staff came and addressed the mold smell and toilet issue and the rest of the stay was great.

Greatest and most respectful staff. Game makes the best breakfast, and Ben took great care of our room. Gym was great, pool was great, vibes were great. Good middle spot to move around Phuket. Boats also offered various stops to islands. Support the local small kiosks too, the food is amazing.

The hotel staff was really nice and provided great service. The room was spacious and clean. They have really good breakfast and very clean restaurants. Love the shuttle service to Patong beach. I will stay again at this location.
