This was my second time staying at the marina and it never disappoints. It’s at a good location with quick walk to Patong beach. If you need a taxi or motor bike there is always a good group of guys available just outside the hotel. Ask for Aex he is the best at getting people where ever they want to go.

Room for improvement
Location is ok—about a 10 min walk to beach. Rooftop pool area was nice. But rooms are mediocre—beds are very hard, shower w/tub is poorly designed as it allows water to flood the floor and because of the design I think it prevents adequate cleaning as there was mold/mildew buildup on the show wall and the headboard in my room was dirty. Hardly any entertainment on the tv and no apps available to use.

Hotel is very nice, seems like it is brand new. Enjoyed hanging out at the pool on the rooftop. Internet was very good in case you are working remotely. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is not that close to the beach or Bangla road. It is probably a 15 minute walk to both which was not a problem for us since we enjoy walking. There tuk tuks parked outside the hotel that you can take too.
