The cleaning of the rooms was unsatisfactory. In five nights, four times they forgot to change the tablecloths, and once the cleaning was not done.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room but everything else was bellow par for a 4 star hotel. Room service was never consistent and never done properly. with some renovations and a freshen up this can be a better hotel over all my stay was decent staff was friendly and helpful location was great

Found a cockroach first night. Hot water didn't work and bathroom leaked out water and blooded. They tried to tell me it was an upgraded room. Terrible experience and would highly recommend against.
