Don’t expect better

It was an okay type of hotel, didn’t expect much for it being a small hotel. Rooms were clean but a few disappointments such as the bed was very creaky and not too comfortable, the pillows were very thin and not soft, the tv didn’t have god quality of color to even enjoy watching..

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Don't expect a shower curtain or toilet paper cuz you don't get any. Could do with out the hassle at the front desk. Thanks for making it difficult at midnight to check in with locked doors having to use a phone then waiting on a guy to open the front desk. Then after all that making me go back out to the parking lot to get the second ID. There were 2 of us and they insisted on havening a DL on both of us. I had my ID I booked the reservation that's all I need elsewhere coast to coast haven't had to wake the wife up on a late check-in for ID.

We felt like this was a clean and modern hotel. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Almost no room amenities, but the room met our needs while dropping off our daughter for college.

I give this wood spring suites f

I got woke up by bugs biting me in the middle of the night and was transferred to 4 differnt rooms because they were not cleaned and bug infested rooms. I tried to fix it with Tamara at the front desk but she told me that she had stuff to get done before 6am. She seemed as if I was bothering her and she didn't care about me. I also had a allergic reaction from the bug bites and had to take 4 25mg benadryl and a shower. I am getting in contact with the current Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President is Valerie Voss Parkes. We also went to the doctor and got checked guess what we have bed bug bites.

Phoenix Woodsprings Inns and Suites, Deer Valley A

It was very basic. No kitchen supplies AT ALL. No dish soap, drain rack, dish cloths, utensils, pots pans, plates, bowls, ice machine, coffee maker other than the lobby etc. Take out your own garbage, no recycling. No housekeeping unless requested in 3 day intervals and towel replacement where you go to the front desk with dirty to get clean 1 for 1. No tissue in the room or shampoo/rinse or bath soap. Limited hand soap for bathroom sink.
