The shuttle was excellent, very helpful and most courteous drlver.. Lovely comfortable bed, enjoyed relaxing by the little pool, nice clean area.. Only down side for us was there was an ice machine right outside our lower floor door so constant flow of guests throughout the night. Also the machines noise generally making the ice and it falling into the dispenser did disturb us… but were light sleepers, if you can sleep through anything then it won’t be a problem..

Staff was friendly. This hotel obviously has been totally renovated from foundation up. Was very pleasantly surprised at the room accommodations. Thought out small extras like full length mirror. Clean, what appears to be new showers with great water pressure. TV has excellent picture quality and good station choices. Refrigerator and microwave very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fairly large, not stained shower towels. Clean bedding. About a 10 minute or less commute to the airport terminal. Free shuttle leaves on the hour and operates 24 hours, which is amazing. For an overnight or couple night's stay near the airport I highly recommend.

The area around the front of the gate was surrounded by folks from the homeless shelter just down the block. The lights were very dim at 8pm. We had told the folks that we not going to make it by four pm to receive our refund. It was a very unsafe area for a family to be placed in.
