Attempted to cancel because our baby was sick and we found family to stay with instead, they refused to cancel. We decided to stay. Found hair in our shower upon arrival. Woke up to noise at our door, sounds of our door trying to be opened at 3 am. Then about 15 minutes later get a call from the front desk. Called them back and they claimed to have food (that we had not ordered) delivered for us. It felt very unsafe and like someone was trying to lure us out. I would recommend spending the extra $50 and finding somewhere safer to stay

okay... this place is somethin. It is not in a good area. It is clean but you can definitely tell it wasn't always clean. It gives "used to be a rent by the hour" vibes. If you just need a place to crash before heading to the airport- then this is it. But also, like, keep your shoes on. It feels like Best Western is really trying but it also understands this is a full blown motel with a fresh coat of paint. The pillows have RFID tags on them-- that seems like it explains a lot.

Sheets & pillows were dirty & smelled like cigarettes & old spice. Walls were thin. Heater was a small window unit for the entire space, not great. We were given an adjoining room and the door was so thin it was like we were in a room together. People on the other side were loud & rude. People above were loud or walls were thin? Not a safe feeling area. Only plus was proximity to the airport. Seemed like a motel 6 bought out by Best Western. Lessons learned Best Western, we will avoid the hotels as this wasn’t pleasant.

Payed 30 dollars to get in the room early, it was a bottom floor room, the room was clean no issues there, but the were some noisy people stomping on floor in room above us, me and my wife did not get much sleep and we had to catch a early flight. So when we called the front desk to complain the guy said there was nothing he could do because they were booked full. Not very happy!!
