I absolutely loved it there and staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was clean and fresh food. Parking lot was clean and I felt safe. All staff was very friendly and informative.

Noisy espicially first floor. Card keys reset and does not work sometimes. Motel rather than a hotel. Room service they do not clean or change the sheets, but just replace the shampoos. Still affordable and close to downtown. Shuttle advantage to and from airport.

What a gem. This place is spotless. Great location for the early flight out of Phoenix. Preoperly remodeled from what I can see. The lot is very well lit, so trust the property.

They cancelled my reservation that i made in September 16th for October 24-26! They said it got canceled twice mind you haven’t touch it since i booked it! Then the price went up from 182.59 to 284? Then i try to cancel and they say i can’t ima get charged for one night so we ended up “trying” to stay right!? Because they said it was paid for already….. AND THEY TOOK IT OUT MY BANK…. Tell me why when we get there they say they need my card! For what you have charged me already they said “no it’s just hold you haven’t paid”! They are all over the place over priced and crappy service! OH ITS ALSO IN THE GHETTO like a ratchet strip club down the street ghetto!

Checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Clean room. I didn't eat breakfast here, so can't comment on that. The airport shuttke was helpful and on time.

First I want to commend LK the front desk that assist us in our check in, he is very considerate and helpful with our needs. Although the room was clean, I was so bothered that I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the second floor, you can hear footsteps or maybe children running, you can even hear the sound of the tv in the room beside us and the worst that bothers us is that we are placed in a connecting room which we did not request. It was too late when we noticed that because we left the hotel after we checked in and came back late after. The surrounding area is so sketchy, we were warned by the Lyft driver to be watchful because it’s not a safe place to be in. The best thing in that hotel is the shuttle service to and from the airport and I would suggest if they can add protein in their breakfast, there’s no egg, bacon or sausage in the menu al that they have were bread, muffin, donuts.

Comfy bed, clean room but extremely noisy.

Room was clean with a nice comfy bed. Friendly staff but the walls were very thin, plasterboard. You could hear people in the other rooms even with earplugs. Breakfast was very limited. I heard traffic from very busy road nearby at all hours plus obviously planes and also trains beeping horns. So good points and bad points, I wouldn't stay again due to lack of sleep.
