Very nice room and easy check-in. The guys at the front were great. The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe. Parking was good because I think a lot of people take airport shuttles to there so it’s pretty open. The room was set up really nice and I appreciate The thoughtfulness of the hanging up space and the luggage space.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. When I checked into my first room, I found cockroaches in the bathroom. I immediately asked to change rooms, and the staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered, a large lizard ran under the table. When I reported this, the receptionist apologized and gave me another room on the other side of the property. By that point, I’d lost trust in the hotel’s cleanliness and asked for a refund, but they said my reservation was non-refundable. I ended up booking another hotel near the airport instead — losing several hours and about $100, but at least I avoided bringing cockroaches or bedbugs home. Recommendation: Stay away from this place unless you don’t mind sharing your room with insects and reptiles.
