Great hotel and very clean!

The location is perfect! Not far from Arizona Mills ( for shopping) or from the Zoo (family attraction), ASU is right around the corner and not noisy at all! The parking lot and pool are well maintained and so is the inside of the hotel! If you’re looking for continental breakfast, they do not offer it, but there’s an IHOP down the street. Do not let the continental breakfast discourage you. The hotel is updated and comfy to stay for 1 night or a week.

Best place to stay for price and location. It’s not fancy but it is clean, superbly located to get to Mill Street- really nice lobby lounge area, spacious rooms and easy access to Starbucks coffee in the morning! I would stay here again and recommend it!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the front desk staff—every morning and evening, they greeted me with a warm hello, which added a nice personal touch to the experience. The hotel was quiet, which I really appreciated, especially for getting a good night’s sleep. While the overall condition of the property was good, it wasn’t perfect. There was a minor ant issue during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn’t significantly affect my overall impression. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The comfort, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere made it a worthwhile stay.
