I had a problem with the entry code which was remedied by an onsite employee thankfully, could have been a problem since the Sonder chat was clueless. Great location above Whole Foods. The unit had minimal cooking utensils/pans/etc which made cooking challenging. They should really stock the kitchen better if they claim this is a feature. Also, stock proper coffee filters, not a lot to ask. Otherwise it was great, comfortable, clean, quiet.

Excellent location in Tempe, Phoenix. Right above Whole Foods. Walkable to lots of coffee and dining out options. Large one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen. Large bathroom with plenty of towels. Access to shared community space on the 8th floor with seating, pool table etc. also pool (not heated and we were there in January so did not use) would be lovely when the weather warms up. Nice fitness area. Plenty of towels in the unit. Only one downside was that our unit happened to look directly on to a parking lot. Comfortable queen bed. Spacious kitchen. Excellent communication with check in and check out process.
