Shower temperature was incredibly inconsistent (would fluctuate from cold to scorching hot) without adjusting the handle, room phone did not work and was asked if I even needed the phone; it was never fixed, sink in the bathroom was hard to turn on and off, there is no microwave in the rooms; the microwave in the lobby is shared by the entire hotel and it hardly works, beds are very loud (can’t even roll over without the frame sounding like it is going to break). The staff was friendly but, the hotel itself seems in rough shape.

Everything was great, staff was helpful and friendly. I was concerned after the guy complained about new ownership and an Expedia booking, I booked thru Expedia and had a great room. Get the shuttle number before you go, the only number on the web page is reservations and no one can help you there.
