all in all great the staff are amazing very friendly I would stay there again when I go back in Arizona in the near future the front desk staff very attentive ladies from the dining area just great to the shuttle drivers. Can’t complain at all

Flight issues so this was not a planned stop. I had issues with hot water this morning at 3:30 am and a light when you first go in the room didn’t work.

Staff were very friendly! This property is Conveniently close to shopping and dining. Although it was really close to the airport, you could not hear the airplanes. Overall a great stay!

The front desk staff were nice but I had to call for towels and no one was available to bring them to the room. The housekeeping ladies came early knocking on the door. We asked that they come back in an hour and they never showed up. We had to ask for cleaning services on the 3rd day and the housekeeping lady was complaining to another housekeeper in the hallway in Spanish how we people are always demanding, when they did clean up the sheets and blankets were the same ones from the previous night

The hotel was clean and probably safe enough but the neighborhood did not feel safe and it was uncomfortable to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night.
