The motel is in a bad neighborhood, lots of shady people roaming around. The room had busted curtains, it smelled way too much of pinesol, the bed was hard, no real furniture in the room and the bathroom smelled. Not staying here again!!

Location is not good. Room was horrible dirty floor, beds where bad and didnt have any cushion. Really uncomfortable. So much much homeless and crackheads around the hotel.

There was cockroaches squished on the wall, smoke smell on everything, glass broken on the floor, jelly in the drawers, no microwave plate, and water on the bathroom floor. I believe I don’t have to say much more about this property.

Worst Hotel in Phoenix

Absolutely terrible hotel. With the homeless outside to someone urinating off the balcony, this complex is old, run down and not very safe. The shower was disgusting and the whole room was dirty.

Hotel cancelled my reservations. Arrived at 10 AM the staff had a shift change, no one was available for 30 minutes and then was told that they tried to get a hold of me (which they did not) that there was a problem with my credit card (which there was not) and that the reservations were cancelled. I sat int my car in the hotel parking lot in the dark, on my phone trying to find a hotel. Found one for twice the price of this reservation and did not get checked in until after 11. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL AND THIS WAS A BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Hotel Ever

Arrived around 0300 and front desk clerk was on break and did t return until almost 0400. Room was the most disgusting we've ever stayed in and we cancelled the 2nd night and just drove back to Los Angeles. Hotel is more for a drug party rather than a family stay over as homeless walking everywhere and as you walk through the complex people are just using in plain sight. We would like our $ back as we couldnt really sleep.
